You probably wouldn’t be able to choose “resizeable”.
In fact, you might need to choose “raw”.

We need more information, more details.
Are you getting any specific error messages? Can you post pictures of those errors?
What IS happening? Is just the Windows partition getting successfully cloned or just nothing at all?
What happens when you try to deploy the image you take?
