there really isn’t any reason to use 32bit for your fog server.
if your server hardware can’t handle 64bit, i don’t recommend you use that hardware. -

Multicast seems to work now. I’m going to go out on a limb and say with 0.32, when you tried installing it failed at UDPCast? This would be the only reason I can imagine why 32bit was needed. This was a common issue.

Yes, you are right. It failed with UDPCast. Is there another way of multicast?
For me Multicast (UDPCast) still fails with Fog 1.1.2 and Ubuntu 12.04. (Uploading and Imaging of single clients works)
I also tried with debian 7.6 with the user-change of the images-folder (chown -R fog.root /images)
Storing the password for tftp-user in fog-webmin for debian seems to be not necessary anymore.
