No. I tried restarting apache2 and got this:
root@SC-Image:/home/fog# service apache2 restart
            No apache MPM package installed
Which led me to this:
            http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2114724

            Does this give you any leads as to what to try next?

                              Your apache config looks broken. What does
$ apachectl configtest
return now? Also can you try restarting and tailing the end of the error.log - it might help diagnose the reason why apache won’t start.
