Make sure your IP address is set to look at your NFS server in FOG Settings, and that it’s set to the correct folder on that server. Don’t forget to check username and password also, I believe that’s required. These are answers off the top of my head, I’m no FOG expert by any means by the way. Lol

If you upgraded from 0.32 and below with images using partimage the image size information is sometimes incorrect. I fixed this by deploying and re-uploading with partclone.

Kelly: where’s that setting at? I don’t see it in FOG Settings

It’s called FOG_FOGMAT_FLAG_IN_GUI now. Under General Settings.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

I didn’t mention this and probably should have, but this feature has never worked for as long as I’ve been the manager of this server (it was passed to me). I came from 0.32 just yesterday. Will this setting enable the pie chart and image size on server info?

It’s unlikely to fix the server display information, though I don’t have a full clue as to why it’s not working. My only guess is you have erroneous nodes on the system pointing to the same place? I don’t know and for that i’m sorry.

Okay, so I see that it enables the choice for partimage/partclone. What’s the difference?

0.32 was partimage and 1.0+ is partclone

So back to my question, does anyone know how to get the chart working? It seems cosmetic, but I really would like to know when I need more storage.

Can you check the storage nodes and make sure the database settings are correct on each of the nodes? Or is this the only node?

What exactly do you mean by database settings? And I have two storage nodes, one is the fog server itself, another is an Ubuntu desktop computer packed with storage. We just kind of pick whichever we’re in the mood to push the image to.

Does disk space not report then for either storage node?

Disk space reports for the fog server itself, but not the nfs server. Even though both node’s image files are accessible and will deploy and upload without an issue.

On your storagenodes are all settings correct?

In their respective config.php/Config.class.php are they able to connect to the database properly? Are their paths correct on the server? Are the permissions for those paths correct?
