No, you don’t have to upgrade Ubuntu. Ubuntu 12 is very stable. I just jumped to 13.10 and there hasn’t been much of an issue. BUT I installed a fresh OS then a fresh fog, so I didn’t run into issues.

No on the same computer if i connect to internet it works no delay.

On 0.32 on other computer the same configuration works fine without internet connection.

Ex: on bottom when i click on FOG Configuration button myip/fpg/management/index.php?node=about and on the top at firefox say’s Connecting… when i try to login same when i click on buttons same. This is DELAY or SLOWLY.
Hope you guys understand sorry for english.

On 0.32 did you setup dns at install? Did you install dns at install of FOG 1.x.x?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

On 0.32 i don’t remember what i’ve installed 🙂 on 1.X.X no i didn’t set up DNS i only setup DHCP and i was configurate for Isolated Network following steps from Wiki.

You said in other post on forum http://fogproject.org/forum/threads/fog-1-0-1-slowness.10483/ :
I’ll fix that here shortly. I was calling files through source. That is likely the issue with other posts as well. Will push and retag 1.0.1
and

I was made the changes but nothing positive.

Try this,

For those that are on internal only setups.

Go to FOG Configuration Page->FOG Settings->Proxy Settings enable bogus proxy ip information. It should auto fail and make loading the pages much quicker.

FOG_PROXY_IP > was empty i put my server ip adress but i solve this and other problem appear:
At Home page > Dashboard at Disk Information is an error (Failed to connect to … ) can i do smth to apear disk info again?

But some questions: Only me and two ppl more have this problem? I was searching on the forum and only two threads about this problem and no solution.
You can’t make something when you install fog 1.X.X to work good like 0.32 with the same or better configuration?
Because that delay it’s verry frustrating.
