The problem from the picture appears to be an issue with recognizing the HDD.

Have you tried running a compatibility check on the drive? Are you trying to upload or deploy an image? Based on the picture, you’re trying to deploy an image to them. Do you have an image uploaded for them?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

          dOR1n,

While I understand you’re under pressure, this is why you should check the compatibility of systems before just deciding that you’re going to work with them. I don’t have any of the models of systems you have so I have no means of testing things to see what I could possibly do to fix them. I agree that you need to resolve this, but therein-lies the problem. I don’t have these systems, and I don’t know if anybody else on these forums have these systems, so we can’t give you information specific to your case scenario.

Did you upload an image from one of these machines that you’re trying to deploy to, or are you just trying to use a previously created image to push to these machines?

What setup is the hard drive in? Is you BIOS UEFI enabled? Is the SATA Configuration IDE, RAID, or AHCI? Can you please do a system compatibility check? To do this, from the menu choose System Information, when it boots up it will ask you press a number relevant to what you’re trying to do. I believe the compatibility is option number 4. Is the hard drive actually recognized? The message you’re picture is describing is displaying that there’s no partition information written to the drive. It has nothing to mount which is the “error” you’re seeing. Basically it’s displaying a syntax error, not an error with ntfs-3g specifically, but it has no drive partition to attempt to mount. Besides that, it’s failing because there’s nothing actually being written to the hard drive. Therefore, the drive is “blank”.

I have two days free from work but when i will come i will give the right information that you ask for.

PS: i have installed both version 0.32 and 1.0.0
But on 0.32 i have eth0 at network, on 1.0.0 i don’t have eth0 is this a problem? (i follow all wiki and instruction from forum).
Other problems that i’ve found on 1.0.0 i was trying with internet connection and without to join on http:XXX/fog/management and when i acces the page my pc is freezing and i need to restart. (After restart i try again and i need to wait some minutes when i click somewhere there ex: Options, Info, Host etc…) is this a bug or the problem is from me? On 0.32 on isolate network i can acces the page without network connection or internet. But on 1.0.0 i can’t. (SORRY FOR ENGLISH I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND SMTH)

                d0R1n,

Those pictures are telling you that the hard drive is incompatible with FOG. I don’t know why, but my suspicion is it’s because of your BIOS setting for the SATA configuration. Maybe try IDE or AHCI? My guess is it’s currently setup as RAID which may explain why it’s not recognizing the drive in those systems.

Thanks Tom, like allways ur the best!

I was looking in BIOS, and was on AHCI no RAID. When i put IDE it work’s but when i put Windows7 on IDE dosen’t work at boot when i try to login. 😞

PS: u need some info’s about this PC to put in your new kernel, maybe other will buy the same pc and have the same problem and maybe you can help us.

WHAT IS THAT ERROR FROM IMAGE HOW I CAN RESOLVE?

What happens if after imaging you fix the setting in the bios back to AHCI? Will 7 boot then?
