So let’s say I have these 55 Dell’s deployed and later on down the road a drive fails. Can I pull out one of these 500gb drives and replace it with a 1tb or 2tb drive? Will it fail on the reload? I did single drive, multi-part non resize. I am not concerned about the smaller partition because I can resize it with a utility.

Smaller to larger yes. Larger to smaller no.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

you can replace the drives with a larger size, just not a smaller size the the original computer the image was pulled from. the partition sizes will match the original.

Well I am okay with that. I am glad they did not purchase 2tb drives at this point then.
