My PC keep restarting while i'm trying to capture an image

Hey everyone, can somebody help me with this issue : "When im trying to capture an image, my computer start the capture then stop it and restart the capture. it’s keep doing that, when i try to shut it down, my windows broke. So i’m obligated to reinstall my windows for being able to start again the capture.
I just don’t know what to do.(e.i: My english it’s not very good, hope you undestand

@sow20 Are there any error messages that appear when it restarts the capture?
Can you try building your image in a VM so you can take advantage of snapshots? Snapshot before SysPrep, snapshot after SysPrep, reboot the VM and check things work, then revert to the snapshot and try to capture the image.
