Hello, had the same problem. Try this, it’ wil fix your problem normally. Run the command : “manage-bde-status” many times until you see 0.0% .
Then try again to capture your image.

Hey everyone, can somebody help me with this issue : "When im trying to capture an image, my computer start the capture then stop it and restart the capture. it’s keep doing that, when i try to shut it down, my windows broke. So i’m obligated to reinstall my windows for being able to start again the capture.
I just don’t know what to do.
