can we apply this fix to the next kernel release? (modsettings off) there’s a bug where the terminal/resolution is extremely small!

“KMS -> [url]https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/KMS[/url] may be the culprit. Can you try disabling mode setting for the driver you are using. Either append a kernel argument for a scheduled task, or recompile the kernel with modesetting off for any drivers you plan on using.”

This section allows you to update the Linux kernel which is used to boot the client computers. In FOG, this kernel holds all the drivers for the client computer, so if you are unable to boot a client you may wish to update to a newer kernel which may have more drivers built in. This installation process may take a few minutes, as FOG will attempt to go out to the internet to get the requested Kernel, so if it seems like the process is hanging please be patient.

Once you rename the kernel you downloaded, move it to this folder and you’ll be all set. Just note that it has to be spelled [B]bzImage[/B], all lowercase besides the I. If a capital letter is not right, it will not boot.
