unable to install with snapin

Helo guys!!!
I’m trying to deploy the netBeans software on workstations in a computer park using FOG project but the problem here is that; when I run the snapin, workstations are able to download the executable file and start the installation, but the installation never ends. How to do it please.

@khalid Is it a MSI or other sort of installer? Can you enable debug for the installer. Definitely possible for MSI. Please post a picture of the snapin settings.

Hi @ Sebastian-Roth, this is an .exe file that runs perfectly on my local machine with just a simple … next next. and when I check programs running in the background, I see NetBens installer as part of them.

You need to make this a so called silent install that can run without user interaction!
