Can we get a bit more details on your environment?

        1. What version of FOG?
        2. What is the make and model of the target computer that was being imaged?
        3. Where you capturing or deploying when this error happened?
        4. Does this error actually stop imaging or is it just a reported error?
        5. Do you get the same results on a different computer of the same make and model?
        6. What type of storage device is this? (hard drive, ssd, nvme, etc??)?

Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. It's not just about coding - way more we need people to test things, update documentation and most importantly work on uniting the community of people enjoying and working on FOG!

@mary-montesanto Have you tried setting irqpoll as Kernel Argument in the host’s settings?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@mary-montesanto Edit the host settings for this particular client in the FOG web UI. There is an option called Kernel Arguments (or maybe Kernel Parameters - don’t have a server to check at the moment). Put irqpoll and save settings. Then schedule a new deploy job and see if it works.

@Sebastian-Roth I also found a reference to adding these kernel parameters if irqpoll doesn’t do the job. This IS a hardware related issue from what I found. clocksource=acpi_pm pci=use_crs Its not specific

Since we are talking about Lenovo, please make sure the firmware (bios) is updated on that M710q. We’ve seen some early generation firmware have bugs in them.

Sorry I don’t understand the question. What I’m suggesting is to update the pc bios on the lenovo computers, or at least check the installed version vs what is current from the Lenovo web site.
