Re: PXE Boot HP X2 210 (Hybrid tablet Windows 10 Pro)
Hello together,
the issue in the former thread has marked as solved.
A new kernel was used to get the pxe boot working.
I tried to download it, but the link is broken.
Where can i get the files?
Thanks in advance
Greets

@BSZAdmin I’ll post a fresh link as soon as I get home… keeping my fingers crossed that I still have those old kernels in that drive.

@BSZAdmin The one kernel mentioned 11 months ago is somehow gone. I have no idea what happened to it. But we still have the others. Check out this gdrive folder: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-bOeHjoUmyMV095YVpsR3U5VFk&usp=sharing
You wanna use
bzImage_rb
! Give it a try and see if you can make it work with that.Just quoting myself here in case you are wondering if we will include this stuff into our official kernel build:
… disabling these setup_efi_pci routine is a really dirty hack to make it work on those HP devices. We’re not going to include this into FOG not even with a “Host Kernel Parameter” thing.

@Sebastian-Roth
Hi Sebastian,
thx for the files. :))
My next step is to update the kernel.
Also the Hosts must be configured ( on the general page of the hosts i have to fill the right kernel in).
I will try to do that but in the moment i am not able to update the kernel (unable to contact server).

Which server are you unable to contact?
