    • RE: Booting vom SAN device 0x80 - systemboot stops after this message

      Jiiiiihah… I solved it by myself :))
      Steps:
Entering the Setup of the Mainboard (UEFI/BIOS)

      • CSM Support diabled
      • network stack enabled
      • leaving with saving and reentering the bios/uefing
      • placing the right boot order in the boot menu (1. nic, 2. Windows10)

Preparing the DHCP Server with a new vendor class following these steps:
      https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=BIOS_and_UEFI_Co-Existence#Using_Windows_Server_2012_.28R1_and_later.29_DHCP_Policy
      I took PXEClient:Arch:0007 with the ipxe.efi for the Option67.
I did not change the refind.conf as mentioned here:
      https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/10773/fog-with-uefi-refind-error-failure-booting-legacy-bios-os/11

      FOG Server:
      Entering the Hostmanagement:
      Host Bios Exit Type: none
      Host EFI Exit Type: Refind_EFI

      And now it works :)))

      Hi,
i had the same problem with DELL Precision 3630.
no bootable device was found because the internal PCIe SSD was in Raid 0 mode.
I switched it to non RAID0 an then it works. But pay attention. I had to reinstall the OS.
      Hope that helps.

      good point…
I realized that i put the compression in the image section to the highest level (22 :))…

Hi again, I thought it is the image…
Meanwhile i tried to deploy several other images… Same problem.
At 90 % it breaks down.
Is it maybe a problem with the disk space?

    • periodic interrupted capturing on Virtual Box machine

      Hi again,
i am trying to capture a win10 x64 image from a virtual machine (hosted by virtual box).
The image process starts normally but suddenly the current block section stops counting, the rate decreases an the remaining time increases.
A few minutes (sometimes hours) later the image process resumes for a short period an then the loop begins again --> current block section stops counting and so on

    • Deploy Process stops at 79 percent

      Hi guys,
thanks 4 the good support alle the years 🙂
I tried to deploy an image to my little HP x210 machines.
The deploy process suddenly stops at a high percentage rate.
Please look at the two images and give me a hint to go on.
      Thx a lot
