GUI/Nav Issues with Latest

Description

When in Hosts Icon, with the defaults set to initially list all host, selecting a host produces a web page with only some of the tabs functional:

Note that only the blue tabs produce any response from the server.

After selecting one of the functional tabs, all tabs appear functional:

and are as far as I can tell.
