This means that the client does not use the printer drivers that are locally installed. Verify if any typos are in there. Is windows firewall off for these machines?

RE: Can't install certain printer
Try installing the printer manually. Then uninstall it but DO NOT uninstall the drivers. Keep the drivers. Then tell FOG client to install it. See if it installs. If so then you know the set of machines do not have the driver on it and it cannot be obtained.

RE: Outdated Fog system
No Japanese versions do not count. 1,4,6+ were the only good games (6&7 being my favorite) and that’s why the USA only distributed them.

RE: Scheduled tasks are not starting in FOG 1.2.0
‘trunk’ is the proper name for the “lastest” release. SVN is a service that helps deploy the ‘trunk’ and is an easy way to get the most up-to-date ‘trunk’ of fog.

RE: Since Upgrading to 1.2.0 I can't multicast
This is a pushing topic right now and we are currently working on this but new information will be posted in the forum and here in the wiki.

RE: Wiki: Troubleshooting Multicast
“Latest Version” is really r2901. Or are you saying the latest Release?
Tom is currently working on the multicast issue in the “Beta” of fog. There are multicast issues in 1.2.0 and some have been corrected in the beta.
I have to say that this ability to “Change the Multicasting Address” is not a current feature. BUT you have sparked our interest.

RE: Noticed that now 1.2.0 uses Partclone 0.2.69; does that mean one must redo all prior images?
Nope.
If you transfer the images you must use.
Fog Config --> Fog Settings --> General Settings -->FOG_FORMAT_FLAG_IN_GUI
If you upgraded directly from 0.32 existing Image definitions should automatically be set to partimage type.THEN go to Image Management --> [Image] and a new dropdown has appeared “Image Type:” Select PartImage for your old uploaded images.
BUT it would be best to download the images to the appropriate devices and reupload.
Sry about the extra edits
Last Edit: Updated the upgrading from 0.32 to 1.x.x wiki for these steps for older images

RE: Totally unrelated to FOG, want to install chrome extensions via batch file
I know your looking for a batch but Google Apps for Education is free. Your users can sign into their browsers and then you MAY be able to control their browser extensions better through the administration portal.

This is the method we are currently moving to.

Can we get some make and models?
Maybe if someone else has the same device or close they would jump in here and help out. I have an Acer desktop here on a side work order but it works well with fog. -
