@ch3i I have the same issue, executing the fogsetup fixed this (see here) problem. I don’t know why but I have to execute the setup also a second time after a clean installation to fix the upload freeze.

Haha I found the problem lol, wrong Interface (!eth1 -> eth0) on Multicast ~_~, sorry for the topic and thanks for your fast answer.
