TOCBLOCK Error?
Hi all. Been using FOG for like two years with zero problems until today. Trying to generate a new image for a computer lab and am unable to complete the task. Initially I didn’t catch the error as FOG has been set it and forget it for me. This occurs when I am generating the initial image:
Reading Partition Tables…ldm_parse_tocblock can’t find TOCBLOCK, database may be corrupt
The resulting image fails to apply to the target machine with the following error:
Target partition size (2MB) is smaller than source (1075MB).
Are these two things even related?
The image I’m generating has four partitions, is Windows 7, and usually clones without a problem.
Thanks for any insight, I’m going nuts over here.

Image Capture Upload Fails
I migrated to a new server, fresh 1.4.4 install. I imaged 3 or so laptops with an image I had prior to the migration that I imported with no problems. I then realized I needed to update a few things in the image, so I did and then attempted to capture the image. Everything works fine right until the very end with an FTP login error. I’ve updated the user in the FOG server, made sure the management username/pass is correct in storage management, and even checked the TFTP login/pass in settings. What am I missing? Attached is the error shot.

RE: New Install Error for Images
Sorry for the delay, had a snow day yesterday and didn’t wanna come in just for this. Wound up deleting the default storage node and recreating it. Rebooted, and now everything seems to be good.

RE: New Install Error for Images
@tom-elliott If the storage ID is the same as the name, same error. if the ID is something else, unsure where to locate that.

RE: New Install Error for Images
@tom-elliott If I actually try to edit the node, my IP and all info shows up.

RE: New Install Error for Images
@george1421 Yes, it is a single fog server. The storage is a partition on the (only) hard drive. Here’s the output:

tmpfs 3.9G 11M 3.9G 1% /dev/shm

New Install Error for Images
Just installed Fedora 27 on a machine, followed the recommendations on how to properly partition and mount points. Installed Fog 1.4.4 with no errors. Log in, and the dashboard reports no storage node space. Clicking on it goes to hardware information and it says Invalid Server Information. I click edit node > DefaultMember and everything looks good there. What am I missing or what went wrong on install?
