@Pilar Somehow lost track of this. You still run into this issue?

The output you posted seems file so far. What about exportfs -v (please post output here as well)?

Is 111.111.111.111 your FOG server IP?

Is there a firewall on the FOG server or somewhere along the route between host machine and FOG server?

if I change the path of the image in the node it does NOT create a new exports with the current

I am still not sure I understand what you meant here.

@Pilar You probably want to add this to the other topic: https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/15911/without-master-node

Why several postings with seemingly the same question? As well you might change the heading of this topic to match it’s contents!

@Pilar There is no place to check. Re-running the installer script should correct all the permissions for you. Though you seem to have modified your storage setup a lot now and I am not sure the installer script will take care of this.

Of which directories do you want to know the permissions?

Same here, please give this topic a proper headline!

@pilar said in I can NOT access the website:

      /dev/sda4 352G 19G 315G 6% /bkupFOG

      Ok what is this partition?

Will you show me the output of this command
      ls -la /bkupFOG

What I’m thinking is that we move the contents of /images to this partition then mount /dev/sda4 over the top of /images. That will give you space and keep from /images from filling up your file system. Don’t do anything yet, lets make sure we understand your current landscape on the server.

@Pilar Well the issue this topic is about was solved. May I ask you to open a new topic for this new question. We try to keep things sorted so other people will find information and help more easily.

In that new topic post a picture of the settings you changed to move the image storage location as well as a picture of the error when capturing an image. We’ll tell you what’s missing.

@Pilar Your upload of the picture didn’t go all the way to the end. If I had to guess I would think that you receive this kind of error: https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/13628/ftp-issue-when-pulling-an-image

Just follow George’s tutorial on how to fix this.

By the way: Here in the forums we try to keep issues separated to help other people follow and better understand it. So please don’t jump from one issue to the next in this one topic. Open a fresh new topic for each and every issue you have and we’ll answer every single one of them.
