RE: Quick Registration and Inventory Host - Lenovo T590
Quick Registration and Inventory Host - Lenovo T590
I am unable to create a host out of our new Lenovo T590. I keep getting this error message…
“Initializing random number generator… done
Failed to get an IP via DHCP! Tried on interfaces(s):
Please check your network setup and try again!”
I really need to upload this T590 image for work. Does anyone have any advice for fixing this? I have T460’s, T470’s and have no problem getting them to host and upload. I also poked around in the T590 bios so that it reflects the bios settings in the other computers.
Could Not Mount Issue
Cannot upload to FOG, error message states,
“The disk contains an unclean file system”
has anyone else gotten this error?
"Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/nvme0n1p3 : Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state.
Any help would be appreciated.
Images Display as Not Valid Data
We have been trying to upload a new image to our FOG server, however despite having freed up sufficient amounts of space to accommodate the new image, the image still cuts off at 64gb during the upload and reads as “No Valid Data”. The full image is usually 120gb or more.
Would anybody have any insight on this issue? I’ve read around that this is pretty common.
