Multicast Timeoutposted in FOG Problems
Hey guys
I had a issue in my lab where it took about 10mins before all my machines were at the Please Wait screen and they just didnt do anything, now when i had 3 and i did a multicast it worked 100% i was wondering could this be a timeout issue ? Should i increase the timeout and if so is it the one in the Config.php --> UPDSENDER_MAXWAIT ?
Thanks

Directory Cleanerposted in General
Hi Guys
can someone shed some light on this on how it works ?
i have it set to 1 under fog settings, i set it to manual in the Fog Configuration, and i see the default accounts that should be protected eg Administrator, Guest etc
This use to work in XP but i can confirm that it doesn’t work in Windows 7
Any idea if this will be looked at in Future ?
It would be a really handy tool to get to work because Windows 7 gets extremely slow when there are a lot of profiles on the machine
Thanks

RE: Downloading and Installing FOG on Ubuntu Server 11.10 (No GUI)posted in FOG Problems
i could be very wrong here but here it goes anyway, we do install everything from terminal so in theory you dont need the GUI , and once fog is installed you can access it from any pc in your network via IE/FireFox/Safari/Chrome etc are you perhaps struggling somewhere ?

it even works on the CRaberry 8520 lol so trust me it works on all the others, if you IP is not open to the “internet” then you will obviously have to connect to your works wireless if there is and thats how you can access it
