      Hi there.
I am hoping someone can help me diagnose or shed some light into the following problem.
I am to boot from USB and keep getting the following error.

Could not select: Exec format error (http://ipxe.org/2e008081

This happens when I try to perform a quick host registry.

Anyone seen this problem before and identify possible reasons it is happening?

    • Has anyone tried to use the snap-in feature of Fog to send pop-up messages to users?

      Hello all.
I am hoping someone can help me.
I managed to get FOG working on a local area network for testing. It works!
What I really want to try and do is take advantage of the Snapins feature.
I am attempting to send a .vbs file to a device, which when received, will execute a message to the user.
I am currently trying something as basic as the following:

      1. Create a vbs script.
      2. Use the following code: Msgbox “Hello world!”

Annoyingly the script does not execute, however is being received within the tmp folder.
      My questions are:
Why does it not execute and show the Message box to the user’s device?
Has anyone ever tried sending a message to a device before using FOG and a snapin?

Any form of help will be appreciated 

    • Does FOG have any in built services which allow a users password to meet a specific criteria?

      Hi Fog community!

I have recently discovered FOG and it looks promising for a project that I am thinking of taking on.
I am interested in knowing if FOG can restrict the passwords a user can create. i.e can it allow passwords to be a certain minimum character length, contain special characters, must contain a capital letter etc…

FOG seams like it can be a powerful tool and I would like to be able to enforce security in how a user chooses a password. So far it appears FOG doesn’t enforce any of the rules mentioned above. Am I wrong? Is there a way to enforce these type of rules? Any help would be appreciated.
