RE: Image Store Corrupt - after latest svn update
@Sebastian-Roth my older images are my issue… my newer ones are fine (the ones with the d1, etc.). The older ones for me only ever had what I posted above (I did check my backups).

Image Store Corrupt - after latest svn update
I’m getting…
image store corrupt unable to locate mbr fog
after updating to the latest SVN on Ubuntu. Attached is my image. This worked before the update… I’m not sure which version I was on beforehand.
Thanks for any help!!

RE: FillDiskWithPartitions - SVN4730 - deploying an image
@Tom-Elliott @ITSolutions
So, I left as it was imaging yesterday (using partclone on those old style images). When I came back, I re-imaged it because windows wasn’t booting and I saw this on multiple different machines with the old style images.So I tried partimage on an old-style image and it wouldnt even image… got this error.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

RE: FillDiskWithPartitions - SVN4730 - deploying an image
@ITSolutions
It’s definitely all my images from the older style imaging. I tried a bunch and they all do the same thing -

@ITSolutions
Did not work. Anything else to try? Thanks for the help so far! -
RE: FillDiskWithPartitions - SVN4730 - deploying an image
Same error.
My image for the x131 is from an older version of FOG… but it was working before. I see the image has a rec.img.000 and sys.img.000 and I think the newer way it captures, they look different. Anything else to try?

RE: FillDiskWithPartitions - SVN4730 - deploying an image
I tried 2 different computers, different images, both HDD instead of SSD. A third machine that I have (dell e5550) imaged fine (win10, single-resizeable) but it was an SSD. Could that affect it? Either way, these machines did image before a week or two ago on an older SVN (not sure which one)

FillDiskWithPartitions - SVN4730 - deploying an image
I am trying to image a lenovo x131e with an image that worked before - win7,single-resizable. Now I get this error even after updating to the latest svn. Any ideas? This also happens on an asus laptop that i have with a different image (same win7,single-resizable)
Thanks!

RE: Windows 10 - after upload - partition erased
@Tom-Elliott @Wayne-Workman
FYI - I updated to the latest SVN 4728 and tried uploading… it worked! I did a quick image after, and that worked too! I saw the update on…
https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/6482/acer-aspire-e-11-es1-111m-p2yuI did only use undionley.kpxe for my bootfile and not ipxe.efi as mentioned in the post, and it worked.
Thanks guys

I’m willing to try some things out. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

RE: Windows 10 - after upload - partition erased
Just in case it’s unclear, I am doing uefi booting. Is there a real benefit to use this over legacy? If not, according to the other post referenced, it looks like legacy works just fine. I know I’ve been using legacy for all my other images (Windows 7)
Thanks!

Windows 10 - after upload - partition erased
Here are the steps I took…
- After the upload
I booted back to my win10 flash drive and saw this…
So it must have deleted everything? I then went and quick-imaged it with the image I just uploaded and it went back through, but when it started to boot it said…
“The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors.”
- I went back in and saw…
3)I went to advanced options, cmd prompt with my win10 flash drive and ran, bootrec /rebuildbcd and hit Y to accept it. Restarted and it booted back up.
Any ideas why it’s deleted my image after upload, then after quick imaging, the BCD isn’t working?
Thanks for your help!
