Just started using/testing snapins myself and being able to see the host names is definitely a good idea.

FOG Imaging Log displays in web but exports blank

- FOG Version: 1.4.0-RC-1

RE: Upgrading From v1.3.0-RC-2 to v1.3.5
no, when you upgrade to git trunk you will be on the master branch which is at 1.3.5
to get to 1.4.0 RC1 you would have to checkout the dev-branch
git checkout dev-branch
cd bin
./installfog.sh -
Snapin Groups?
Would it be possible to create groups for snapins,
- this would help to keep organised
- and then be able to attach that snapin group to a host or host group?

RE: active directory settings
@oraniko have you installed the FOG Client Service?
If so, is the service running?
-
RE: active directory settings
do not fill in legacy password, also do not put the domain in the username field
-
RE: Report to list host that have printers attached
yes, just to display hosts that have printers & what printers they have assigned to them
I’m not looking for a ‘live’ report of what printers they do have connected

Report to list host that have printers attached

RE: ZSTD Compression
Tom-Elliott said in ZSTD Compression:
@loosus456 My base images with all software had a disk usage of 48gb at it’s largest, but that was EVERYTHING I could put on. My “average” was about 25gb.
I use a single win7 image at my place (nearly all software etc.), it’s just under 30gb. Will make some time to do some tests

Has anyone imaged Lenovo S510 SFF?
Considering purchasing Lenovo S510’s and can’t see it being an issue, just thought I would ask if anyone has imaged these before?
plan to use the driver pack from Lenovo http://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/downloads/ds112944

I too am seeing this with 1.3.4-RC1 when a host is booting up, also using Debian OS 8.6

Hope to test this the wknd -
RE: Anyone using Webmin + FOG? Compatible?
I use to, had no issue.
I now use turnkey LAMP distribution for fog server deployments, has webmin preinstalled. All works fine -
RE: Random Hosts are added to New group
@Wayne-Workman good to know thanks, guessing my rebuild and host import cleaned this up.
