    • Unable to set image to "Enabled / Replicate"

      Not sure when this issue came about or from what build it stopped working. I am currently on Trunk build version 7733.
      I have several images that have been captured for some time and i am able to see them in the images tab within the Fog web interface.
      I confirmed the images and all files are on the server as well. When i select the image i want i can check the box to “Enable” the image and “Replicate” but once i hit the update button the checks go away. They only check that will stay after hitting the update button is “Protected”. Any tips would be appreciated or if someone could tell me if this function is working on the newer builds of Trunk and i can upgrade.

      Thanks!

      I could in theory wait, but for future knowledge i wouldn’t mind knowing how to do this in the event i need to do it promptly.

      Yes this is a VM so i already have taken a snapshot today in case something like this needed to happen.

      I am on Trunk build 7729 and yes i was about to say a few other people seem to be experiencing this same issue as i look through posts on here.

      Ubuntu 14

      Checked all my sql settings and can login successfully with the same credentials that the web interface has stored.

    • Host PXE boot issues

      I am able to get my hosts to PXE boot and they all are seeing my fog server just fine. However, they get stuck in a loop and never actually boot up to the fog GUI. Any help would be greatly appreciate as i have already went through all the wiki articles i could find related to this and tried to confirm all my settings/ permissions/ credentials we all correct.

      @george1421

      I was able to successfully update to the new trunk (release 7188). Once upgraded i was able to ipxe boot the machine and reach the fog menu FINALLY! The quick inventory and registration task also worked properly. I can now see the machine in the Fog web management console. However, when i attempt to ipxe boot the same machine again it is getting stuck on loading the “boot.php” file. It certainly sees the file and stops at 94% of the download. Unable to get it past this point now.
