      Hi there Goempie!

i’m on my last day in my internship.
And i must say… i get a superduper good tutorial what i followed.
      Its only for W7 (can work for w10 – i don’t know).

Implementing the FOG Cloning Solution with
      Universal Windows 7 Images

      Good luck!

      Ow ya
I tried a couple of things for injecting the drivers.
One is putting them in the windows/inf – that works great after sysprep.
Or you can use Stand Alone Driver Utility (SAD3) !

    • RE: Windows Fails to Install

@Wayne-Workman said in Windows Fails to Install:

@boeleke All I can say is try it and see.

To explain the problem in more detail, when your sysprep stuff is happening after deployment, the fog client starts up and does it’s thing too (rename, reboot, etc.), and breaks the unattend.xml and setup complete stuff. The simple answer is just to disable the service before taking the image, and set up your golden machine so that it re-enables the service after all your stuff is done.

Also - it’s not a bug. The FOG Client is designed to do it’s job.

But maybe a tip , put it in the wiki.
i searched like i was crazy last week to all forums. But maybe i’m wrong , i’m just going to try it out. I’ll update this tomorrow when i can test! Thanks!

I can confirm its also working for me :).
But if I was you guys , i would put this on the FOG-WIKI. @Developers

This is going to be a problem for many of us & maybe they stop earlier with FOG because that and the don’t know it 😉
But thumbs up for the good work ;)!

    • Blank Management Page

      Hi there

i’ve searched for other topics but couldn’t find the right answer.
We got Citrix Hypervisor installed & 1 CentOS and 1 Fedora online.
Tried to install FOG on both & got the same problem - after " You still need to install/update your database schema. This can be done by opening a webbrowser and going to … " , i could reach the management interface.
Its blank & if i tried to reach it in Windows i get ‘Unreachable’.

      Can someone help us :)?

But now i’ll not work :).

    • Typical TFTP problem

      Hi there guys,

we are making a new NetWork Environment with a new Windows (2012 R2) domain controller. When we do a PXE boot , FOG asks “Please enter the TFTP server”.

If i do this correctly , it just start up the FOG screen. So that works.
But how is it possible that he asks this?

I did the DHCP settings (so option 66 (IP: 172.16.1.17) and option 67 (undionly.kpxe))

      What is our problem?
I find more topics of this but not directly an solution for my problem.
