Cant fog a windows 10 laptop

Hi, I did the usual quick registry and inventory with a laptop running windows 7 which went fine. I’ve since reformatted the internal hard disk on the laptop and put 2 windows 10 boot partitions on it. the laptop works fine but I cant pull the image from the laptop to the fog server. I’ve also deleted the laptops entry in fog and tried to re register it but that doesn’t work either. When you select network boot and select the network port to use, PXE starts for a couple of seconds and then goes to the boot menu. no errors are displayed, the laptop just boots into windows. Any help much appreciated.

You’re scheduling a capture task in the web interface, right? How many FOG servers do you have?
