Windows 7 hub port status error

  • I am a fairly new Linux user. Trying to upload an Image from a Dell Optiplex 780, everything goes ok through the image re size but when it trys to deploy it fails with 57.292019 hub7-0:1.0: hub_port_status failed (err = -110)

  • Have you using a custom kernel for that system?

It errors out during the upload and stops with the error code.

Yes it does fail and restarts the computer in Windows. I don’t know why I would get a USB port error. There are no USB devices in use.

Does it actually fail and die at this point, because that error message indicates a problem with the USB ports of the client.
