Fog reboots computer before sysprep is done, Please Help!

• Service Version: 11.10
• OS: Windows 10

Description Fog reboots computer before sysprep is done causing sysprep to fail. Looks like Fog is trying to rename the computer before sysprep is done. After deploying the image to the computer, I removed the Host from the Host Management and restarted the computer. It successfully finish sysprep and booted into Windows. I need to know how and where to fix this issue. Thank you for your time.

Before you sysprep’d the reference image did you remember to disable the FOG service? It should be set to auto start at the end of the setupcompleted.cmd file. That is the standard away.
