    Hello All,

    I’m trying to get my Windows 7 client to join the domain automatically, so far, it changes the host name of the machine that I’m imaging.

    It’s downloaded the image from the FOG server, which already has the FOG Service installed as part of the image.

    I’m assuming it should now automatically join the domain, however, it’s not, when i’m looking on the c:\ drive and looking under the notepad document called ‘fog’, i get a whole log full.

    Please see below the log for the time when I’ve imaged the machine.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    --------------------------------Authentication--------------------------------

     06/02/2017 12:44 Client-Info Version: 0.11.9

     06/02/2017 12:46 Middleware::Response Invalid security token

    Pleas help, I’m at the last part of getting the my school network on the FOG image.

    Thanks,

    Dan

      Please goto the host in the GUI. Under the General you will have a button that says 'Reset Encryption Data`. Click this button and confirm. Your stuff should work.

      Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

        Hi Tom,

        Please can you advise where this is located? is it on the client machine, or the FOG GUI?

        Thanks,

        Dan

          I’ve done that for the selected host.

          Re-started, went back in to the C:\ drive, now looked back in the ‘fog’ folder again…

          Now I get the following:

          --------------------------------Authentication--------------------------------

          06/02/2017 13:38 Client-Info Version: 0.11.9
          06/02/2017 13:38 Client-Info OS: Windows
          06/02/2017 13:38 Middleware::Authentication Waiting for authentication timeout to pass
          06/02/2017 13:38 Middleware::Communication Download: http://10.31.97.240/fog/management/other/ssl/srvpublic.crt
          06/02/2017 13:38 Middleware::Communication ERROR: Could not download file
          06/02/2017 13:38 Middleware::Communication ERROR: Unable to connect to the remote server
          06/02/2017 13:38 Middleware::Authentication ERROR: Could not authenticate
          06/02/2017 13:38 Middleware::Authentication ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified.

          Thanks,

          Dan

            @dloudon96 Is 10.31.97.240 your fog server’s address? What OS is the fog server running? What version of FOG?
