I’d like to set the default “Advanced Settings” options when creating a new capture or deploy task.

I think we need more information/understanding on the request.

Capture/Deploy tasking options are pretty well defined already. What are you looking for?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Simply the option to set what the defaults myself.

Ex: When I click “Capture” I’d like “Schedule Shutdown after task completion” checked and “Wake on LAN” unchecked. Currently its set the opposite way. For purposes of documenting for my colleagues a simple procedure for capturing, I was hoping less steps would be possible if the presets are the way we want them. Its not a big deal I just thought it would good if there was a simple way to set that.

          I’ve added these items:

          FOG_TASKING_ADV_SHUTDOWN_ENABLED
          FOG_TASKING_ADV_WOL_ENABLED
          FOG_TASKING_ADV_DEBUG_ENABLED

With schema update 252 of the working branch of fog. They will do what you were hoping for here now.
