Lost pxe boot: init errors

    PXE boot fails with errors. The following is from apache error logs:

    This is fixed (and verified fixed) in 1.3.1-RC-2.

    Just clarifying this is specific to the location plugin. I see the issue and should have a fix relatively soon.
