Remoted with @tom-langenfeld and we were able to fix the issue.

He was running Ubuntu 15.10, and the Ondrej repo would install, but there were no PHP packages for wily apparently. Updated to 16.04 and had to run a few tricks to get mysql working, but once all was working, everything appears to be running properly now.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@tom-langenfeld is this a fresh installation or an upgrade? What operating system is on the server? Is the server a fresh installation of the OS or was the server already responsible for something? We need more information.

This is an upgrade from Trunk. Kubuntu 14.10 and it is dedicated exclusively to FOG.

What version of trunk are you upgrading from? You’re now installing the “official release”?

I am upgrading from RC-10. I would like to have the official release so that the stability will increase.
I noticed my logs don’t have the exact same option. my file log is fog_error_1.3.0-RC-10.

@tom.langenfeld I don’t think you have 1.3.0 yet. Here’s what I’d like you to do - delete your current installation files, and then clone this repository: https://github.com/FOGProject/fogproject.git

Then use that to install fog.

If I knew where you kept your current installation files, I could offer you exact commands.

Using the new repository I reached the same point and errors. Also several other items that are stated as not existing. I do now have the correct log but don’t know how to open the logs remotely through console.

Remote will likely need to happen later today if at all possible. I’m on East coast US time. (I’ll be home around 4:30pm here). Then I will hit you up on chat if all is okay with you.

                                        Thanks for understanding.

This is going to be overly simplistic of a test, but you could try running:

                                            ./installfog.sh -Xy
