I have a HP Probook 645 that I am trying to image. Once it resisters with FOG it runs through everything and gets to the point where it should start imaging, but it just restarts and if I PXE boot it just goes back to the main FOG screen. I have approximately 300 of these computers, and I only have this issue on a few of them. I have tried wiping the hard drives to see if that would make a difference but it doesn’t.

Here’s the screen before it restarts. Thanks!

I’m not a fog expert but from my experiences…

Does it get to the actual image screens?
I’m wondering if you may have used a fixed size image type and the HDD may be smaller than the others.

Or being Win 8.1 system could there be a change in the BIOS/UEFI settings casing a quirk?

Just my quick thoughts without knowing more.

If others of the same model work, but only some have issues, it could be a hardware issue. You could try updating the firmware, or try swapping the HDD with one from a working system and seeing if that makes a difference or not.
