FTP Login Incorrect

Good Afternoon
Am having problems again when uploading an image I get the following error
Error returned Type:2 file /var/www/Fog/lib/Fog/Fogftp.class.php Line 107 Message : FTP_login() Login incorrect Host 10.39.200.200 user nae Fog *
Reattemping to update datebase

Am thinking this is a problem with the password but it is correct but not encrypted Should it be or is it something else
Deploying the image works fine just the uplaod is not working

Update to the latest version of fog and re-run the fog installer, it will correct the FTP issue.
