SOLVED WOL not working - trunk 8237

I’ve been multicasting to some labs today, these computers I’m imaging have had WOL enabled for ages, and it’s worked great in the past.
With a multicast task, the hosts do not wake up.
These are the only error logs from the time, not sure if they are related or not:
[Thu Jun 23 10:57:00.774257 2016] [:error] [pid 43286] [client 10.2.1.11:38016] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/html/fog/status/getfiles.php [Thu Jun 23 10:56:00.731083 2016] [:error] [pid 43279] [client 10.2.1.11:37957] PHP Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /var/www/html/fog/lib/db/mysqldump.class.php on line 400

Moved to FOG Problems.
Just tested WOL on current trunk and all is working perfectly fine.
