I don’t understand why server time would be needed for anything.
Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@Tom-Elliott To verify that client & server time match for the encryption scheme that the FOG Client uses.
EDIT - I’ve been informed that the encryption scheme doesn’t rely on the server time. However, CRON based tasks in fog do. So I still think it wouldn’t hurt.

I’d like to change the request to show the servers local time and date on the dashboard, on the left with the other system stuff. It makes more sense there.

Done. Moved version information as well.
The update for the time is only done once a minute so as not to spam the server as this time is displayed on ALL pages.
