FOG Management not showing uploaded images

After a successful upload off a PC… the Fog manager does not list it as uploaded…
Is there a config setting to change?
Upload task in operation
Fog manager showing incremental disk space being used up
Task finished but no Uploads on server!

It was a mismatch in user credentials for TFTP
