      Hi Fog Community!

      I encounter an issue today, i really don’t understand how that happened!!!
      I used fog this morning to upload an image on my external storage server, it worked, just after that, i wanna deploy this image on another computer, and when i create a deployment task, look what fog say !!

      I verified the fog_user passwd set on my storage server, its ok, in the storage node too ! i haven’t modified anything in the fog configuration today… i really don’t understand!

      Any ideas?? Thank you !!!

        Well, the error literally says that the credentials aren’t good. Go through this article, everything you need to solve this is in there:

          @Wayne-Workman
          Yeah, my workmate rebooted the ftp server (which is a 2008r2), since that, i can’t connect on it via ftp with fog_user. So this is an ftp issue. I don’t know why !!

            @arnaudrigole There are tests you can do to help diagnose in that article. It may be permissions, might be firewall, may be your FTP software (if you’re using 3rd party stuff) not running. A number of things. You just have to nose around through it until you find out what it is.

              I finally found the problem…
              After the reboot, the old filezilla server restarted with windows, and bypass the built-in ftp server …
