Does anything happen when you select the snapin and press delete? Meaning does it show a blank page, or show the base page, but selecting list all still shows the definition?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@Tom-Elliott what for a snapin? i uploaded some wrong file in the client updater section like the screenshot is showing and i want to remove this but the delete icon is not working, when i click on it nothing happens.

Then i thougth ok i delete the file on filesystem and i am good but the entry is still there and can’t removed until i do it over the db but i don’t know exactly what to remove and may i found a bug? why is the delete button not working?

Sorry but maybe i don’t understand your instructions correctly.

          Regards X23

@x23piracy I understood the original question as you had been working with snapins, not client updater. You state at the end of the post that “no load in the browser”. Does this mean when you click the delete button it gives you a blank page? If it does, please delete and wait for the blank page. When it occurs, can you get a copy of your apache error logs here so I can look at it?

I don’t know if it’s a bug or if the file is simply too large in the DB and won’t easily be removed.

@Tom-Elliott when i click on delete nothing (really nothing) happens, no blank page. It’s like i’ve never clicked on delete.
the exe i uploaded as client update is a snapin (teamviewer) it was a mistake and now i just want to get rid of it like it was never there.

              Howto do that?

              Regards X23

@x23piracy You can probably just manually delete it from the database.
