Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Apparently this can also happen with “old firmware?” and a firmware update to the system/drive? seems to have fixed it in this particular instance.

Seeing, as I understand the question, that this happens on multiple systems (probably same model?) and not EVERY system of the same model it would lead credence to the firmware as well.

OK, after upgrading kingston SSD firmware, changing SATA cable and port, everything seems fine 😉
                Thanks !
