SOLVED Imaging - Single-disk -Resizeable - Latest SVN - doesn't extend partition
-
On the latest imaging for two different models/images, it only gives the partition the image size in windows.
I did notice under disk management that it showed the normal size (495 GB), but under my computer, it only shows the disk size (24 GB) for the
drive.
To temporarily resolve I went into a cmd prompt and did a diskpart, selected volume, and extend filesystem. That fixed it.
Can this be fixed in fog?
Thanks!

@GFm Please update again.
I found the problem by completely replicating your environment (sys.img.000 style images and all) and found the problem.
This has since been fixed. Thank you for reporting the issues and I hope this means your downloads will be MUCH happier.

Different error now⦠see error attached. I did get the same result of two different machines/images.

@GFm I think I was tired when I wrote that. Can you please update and try?
-
@Tom-Elliott
Sounds good. Let me know when you want me to update and try again. Thanks for checking this out! -
@GFm Iām hoping, once again, that Iām not always an idiot and have found some things in the code base.
I donāt know if it will work as I wasnāt experiencing the same problem described. I did find a bunch of potential problems though, and of them it appears that the āexpandPartitionā was not receiving the proper listing of partitions.
Specifically, I think it was attempting to expand the parts as: ā/dev/sda1 /dev/sda2ā as opposed to trying to expand them individually. This may still be the case, but I really donāt know.

@GFm Itās definitely a bug. Sit tight, itāll be fixed shortly.
