DHCP in /opt/fog/.fogsettings

Just a quick question.

I know that this line either enables or doesn’t enable DHCP on the fog server: dodhcp="N";

What does this line do? bldhcp="0";
Does it specify whether to touch the dhcpd.conf file or not? I’ve had this set to 0 for a long while but still the fog installer overwrites my custom /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf file.

Just looking for some clarification.
