Power Shell support for new client

Is it possible to support Powershell scripts with the new client?
I know from a domain controller I can control hosts as puppets through powershell - however - that’s only if they are on at the time.
I’d like to utilize snapins to run a powershell script when a host eventually turns on (which will take an unknown length of time).
It is possible. Note that PowerShell does not allow external script execution by default. (see http://www.howtogeek.com/106273/how-to-allow-the-execution-of-powershell-scripts-on-windows-7/)
However, you can bypass such restrictions if you are smart with your snapin configurations:
Snapin Run With: "powershell.exe"
Snapin Run With Arguments: “-executionpolicy bypass -File”
And of course set the Snapin File to your powershell script.
