Power Shell support for new client

Is it possible to support Powershell scripts with the new client?

I know from a domain controller I can control hosts as puppets through powershell - however - that’s only if they are on at the time.

I’d like to utilize snapins to run a powershell script when a host eventually turns on (which will take an unknown length of time).
