      There are some steps here to clear certain tables in the DB and then to restart the multicast service. Can you try these and let us know what happens? https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Troubleshoot_Downloading_-_Multicast

            @danilopinotti Do you know if multicast has ever worked at your location?

              It is the first time we tried to use the multicast this way. At other times we use DRBL and network isolation

                Check to make sure that the multicast service is running. This happens to myself every so often. The service just decides to stop running and will do exactly as you described.

                  Good suggestion.

                  @danilopinotti Something like this:

                  sudo service FOGMulticastManager status
                  sudo service FOGMulticastManager restart

                      @danilopinotti What did it say when you used the commands? Any error messages? Was is actually started? You may have to use “sudo service FOGMulticastManager start” instead of restart if the service isn’t started or at least I think I had to.

                        Hello,
                        we found that the problem was in HP Switch (A8800 if I remember correctly) in which, it was impossible to apply the settings given in WIKI because the model that we use does not allow use command lines.
                        On the Settings page, only we enable IGMP Snooping option for VLAN we needed.
                        Thanks by support.
