FOGFTP: Login failed

I apologize in advance if this has been answered before, but I’m kind of in a bind and thought just come straight to the experts. The fog user somehow lost permissions to the images directory and after creating an upload task I’m getting the attached error. Can anyone help me figure this out.
I haven’t made any changes other than an update a couple weeks ago.
