SOLVED Deploying an Image
I’m sure it’s on here somewhere but I’m going to toss this out there to see if I can get some help.
Running FOG 1.2 on Ubuntu 14.04 with a storage node. I created a windows 7 machine and I was able to register that host to the FOG server and capture an image. The image shows on the server so that part should be good to go. My next step was to create a blank virtual machine set to boot on the network. I get the FOG boot screen and I run the inventory on the host, and that host shows on the server as well. When I set up a basic task to download the image I’ve capture to the blank host it tells me “Download task failed to create for win7push with image Win7Capture To setup download task, you must first upload an image.”
I can supply screen shots if necessary, but I know that I must be missing something stupid. Thanks for any direction in advance.
@ch3i I reconfigured my set up without a storage node and it’s working better now. So I do appreciate the response.
@tvigneau Hi, could you post a screenshot of the image management (all images).
