New Install in current environment

I’ve searched and read, and find it a little confusing.
My question is:
How can I install and configure FOG in an environment with about 50 different computers and laptops and not have to change current DHCP and DNS servers. -
You do not have to change any settings on your pc for dhcp and dns.

I don’t have control of the Windows server (it’s remote), and it’s a pain to get someone from IT dept. to change it.
This is only a test between two computers for me to show the boss that this will work over current Norton Ghost.
After proving it will work then I will go about updating our current DHCP and DNS.
I have the MAC address of the test computer but how do you go about setting up FOG?

Do the computer have to get their DHCP from the FOG server? Or is there another way? -
If you cannot modify the DHCP scope variables, you will need a DHCP Proxy.

OK one last question that will clear up my confusion----noob–>
If I setup FOG to run with MAC filtration

Then to turn off and configure FOG’s DHCP and turn back on. Won’t there be a conflict later on between Windows DHCP server and FOG’s after I turn it on? Is there a step missing on this page to still update the Windows Server with the PXE forwarding?
