I got this message when i tried to do the kernel update: FOGFTP:Failed to put file. Remote Path: /tftpboot/fog/kernel/bzImage, Local Path: /tmp/bzImage, Error: ftp_put(): Could not create file.

I checked the local path and i found that the bzImage file already exists, so i removed it and try again the update but i got the same result.

    Help!

Make sure your folder permissions are set correctly.

Also, see my signature about troubleshooting FTP.

We need a section in there for kernel updates still…
