Snapin already deployed

This is issue has occured for the past few revisions for me. I’m currently on SVN 3077. When ever we try to deploy a snapin it gives an error saying the snapin has already been deployed when we have never pushed a snapin to this machine before. You might fix this by truncating the snapins db there is a post about it when first installing svn.
